Payment Options

The website use www.paypal.com ("Paypal") to pay for your products. This is at no additional cost to you and you do not have to sign up, it is a very easy system to use. Paypal also accepts credit cards.

If you do not wish to use your credit card over the internet, or are having problems with using your credit card on the website, you can contact us to make a telephone purchase. Alternatively, you can make a direct deposit into our bank account or send us a cheque, once your monies have been received, your purchase will be posted out to you.

Postage and Delivery

Sierra Marketing uses Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au) for all products delivery. Two options are available, you can select the regular postage option or the express service. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after payment has been received. Generally, deliveries to anywhere in Australia will take between 3-5 working days (depending on your delivery address).

Postage cost is calculated by Australia Post directly based on your order weight and dimension as well as the delivery address.

Sierra Marketing does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you provide us with a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, as a signature may be required. If no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, a notice will be left notifying you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions for collection from your nearest post office or re-delivery.

Claims

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible or within 7 days of reception of your order. We will then do our very best to satisfy your needs and ensure that you are happy with our products and services.
Return or refund will only be considered under exceptional circumstances. In no circumstances will shipping and handling cost be refunded.

Resale

You are not permitted to resell any goods or offer any goods for sale in any country. If you would like to stock Breast Cancer Support products please contact us to organize a distributor agreement. Wholesale price will then apply.
